Tewantin Professional Suite Sold
A suite in a professional/medical complex at Tewantin on the Sunshine Coast has been sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North for $620,000.
The upstairs suite in the ‘Taits Corner’ complex at Lot 6/84 Poinciana Avenue, Tewantin, was sold to a local owner-occupier by David Brinkley and Paul Butler of Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North on behalf of local developers/investors.
“This is a high quality professional complex constructed by local developers Aaron and Damien Miller and consists of four fully leased ground floor tenancies and two owner-occupied upstairs suites,” David Brinkley said.
“The suite was comprised of a 106 sqm office area with a 58 sqm balcony. The buyers wanted something to purchase in the Tewantin area which had good exposure and a high end finish.
“They looked at two properties and decided Taits Corner best suited their requirements.”
Paul Butler said tenants in the complex include Auswide Bank, Robert James Realty, Tewantin Medical Centre, Skin Medical Clinic and Birch Glacken Accountants
“The complex offers plenty of basement parking for tenants and visitors,” he said.
