A modern commercial building with Jetts Fitness as an anchor tenant at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast is being offered for sale via auction by Ray White Commercial Noosa.
The two-storey building with approximately 340 sqm of lettable area at Lot 4/ 5 Gibson Road, Noosaville, is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Noosa’s Paul Forrest and John Petralia on behalf of a local investor.
John Petralia said approximately 42 per cent of the property is leased to Jetts Fitness and has four years left to run on the current lease with an additional two x five year options. The remaining space is home to a professional centre tenanted by a number of medical and allied health professionals, all on individual leases.
