Sage Care Advice snaps up Maroochydore office suite

SAGE CARE ADVICE has snapped up an office suite on the Sunshine Coast for $469,000 plus GST at Suite 8/1-7 Duporth Avenue in Maroochydore.

The property, that came with 103sq m* well-appointed office and 28sq m* exclusive use external area, was sold after a successful expressions of interest campaign.

The property was marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Property Consultant Tallon Pamenter and Real Estate Agent David C Smith.

Mr Pamenter said the enquiry process was strong with 12 inspections taking place during the campaign and multiple other enquiries.

“It was purchased by a group of aged care advice specialists that were previously situated in Caloundra for a number of years,” Mr Pamenter said.

Mr Smith said the property was next to Big Top Shopping Centre and opposite the Sunshine Coast’s largest shopping centre, Sunshine Plaza.

“The asset provided 103sq m* that included three well-appointed offices, kitchen and storage area, reception, boardroom and open-plan area,” Mr Smith said.

“It also benefited from overlooking Cornmeal Creek, having good exposure to nearby foot traffic, and came with five dedicated exclusive use and secure basement car parks.”
