Last Seven Brookes St Units for Sale
The last seven units in the Brookes Street Industrial Park at Nambour on the Sunshine Coast are available for sale through Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
The soon to be completed complex at 20 Brookes St, Nambour, is being marketed by David C Smith and Kenny Knight of Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North on behalf of developer MC Property Investments.
The approximately 6,000 sqm site just behind the dairy company Parmalat Australia Pty Ltd is located 1km from the Nambour CBD.
“The complex consists of 31 industrial warehouses for sale ranging in size from 63 sqm to 108 sqm and is priced from $94,000,” David C Smith said.
“With 24 units sold off the plan, only seven units remain, which is unusual with industrial as purchasers usually wait to see the finished product. The units are due to be completed by August 2017.”
Kenny Knight said each unit features a shower, bathroom kitchenette and a mezzanine area, with some featuring courtyards.
“All warehouse units have either one or two exclusive use car parks on title,” he said.
David C Smith said most purchasers to date have been looking for somewhere to house caravans, boats, trailers, camper vans or to operate their own business or for a “man cave” with a difference.
“Having the shower and kitchenette gives these small warehouse tenancies a real point of difference,” he said.
“As well as owner operators, investors have been looking at these warehouses for a bite size investment. It has been reported that Brisbane is experiencing a “man cave” boom with similar units being snapped up at approximately $3,115 per sqm.”
