Kunda Park’s Queensland Government asset hits the market

A PROPERTY that was purpose-built for the Queensland Government has hit the market and is now available for lease in Kunda Park at 510 Maroochydore Road.

The asset, that comes with a site area of 4,831sq m* and 1,388sq m* building area, has an option to modify the current layout to suit requirements.

The property is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Real Estate Agent David C Smith and Property Consultant Tallon Pamenter.
