EXPRESS Print & Mail have snapped up a five-year lease with a five-year option on the Sunshine Coast at 510 Maroochydore Road in Kunda Park.
The property, that came with a 4,831sq m* site area and 1,388sq m* building size, was leased for $220,000 p.a. plus outgoings plus GST.
The property was marketed and leased by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Agent David C Smith and Property Consultant Tallon Pamenter.
Mr Smith said Express Print & Mail offered commercial print and communications solutions for businesses of all sizes.
“The new tenants are a full-service printing agency and they used this opportunity to consolidate their operation into a more workable space,” he said.
“The deal was facilitated between us and the building owner who was assisting with internal works that enabled workflow for their 11 presses and additional storage. This will position the locally-owned and operated business well for future growth.”
Mr Pamenter said the asset was a purpose-built facility and was offered to market for the first time in more than 10 years.
“The property was originally designed to government standards and specifications for Main Roads and provided a 4 Star green rated building,” he said.
