When Paul Forrest and Paul Butler started Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North we made a conscious decision that we wanted our sales consultants to be well versed across the multiple markets that operate in Noosa and on the Sunshine Coast and not working in specific market segments like our competitors. This has proven to be a wise decision and our consultants have a broad, well versed knowledge across retail, commercial and industrial sectors.

There are multiple benefits to our clients in this approach. In a recent sampling of 142 completed sales and leasing transactions over a six month period, a staggering 74, or 52% of those deals have been internal conjunctions between our own consultants. The reason for this is simple. A high percentage of customers are not aware of the full range of options possible until they start inspecting properties. Because our consultants are aware of more than a single business line they are able to show multiple property styles to source the correct premises for the customer, as opposed to referring them through various other real estate agents.

We also reduce leakage of deals. With business line specific agents there is little communication between the various consultants. Our office works differently. By communicating a customer’s needs internally we can quite often fulfill requirements quickly and efficiently which works best for both the client and the customer.

We manage some 300 properties across the coast, north to Hervey Bay and even south to Melbourne. The diversity of properties we manage is very wide. From a $15,000 per annum lease of an industrial shed to some of the highest priced retail tenancies in our famous Hastings Street and Mooloolaba Esplanade. We have the team and as importantly, the knowledge to ensure your property is well taken care of and kept at its highest and best use at all times.
